Returns

• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Certain items (such as hygiene products or customized items) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
